21. Hello,

A supplier has asked a question about ‘Business Analyst’.

They asked:

In the ‘work setup’ section you indicate that there will be ‘some’ requirement for face to face meetings in London and/or Leeds, and that the product owner will ‘expect’ the BA to attend face to meetings as standard. Can you please provide an indication of the frequency of face to face meetings the product owner has in mind at this point, and can you please provide an indication of what is meant by ‘some’ in terms of days on site per week, or days on site per month.
Face to face meetings, events etc. would be infrequent and only on an as and when required basis, therefore there is no stipulation that the BA would need to be on site for a specific number of days per week/month.
22. Please can you confirm how many specialists we can submit? There is no limit. We are looking for the best candidate for this contract.
23. Is there a specific learning subject (e.g. cyber security) for the learning platform or will it cover different subjects? The learning platform will deliver learning content on a variety of topics to health and care staff.

26. How can suppliers provide more than one specialist? The initial, online application process only allows for one application to be submitted. As this is a system issue, this would need to be raised with the Digital Marketplace support team.
27. We are unable to submit more than one specialist, contrary to the answer to Q 22; we have logged this with the support function. With time constraints in mind, is there an alternative route for us to submit our Specialists? After checking with support, we have been advised that only one specialist can be submitted.
