Who the specialist will work with Internal information management, IT teams and a range of business representatives.
What the specialist will work on The specialist will:
Match information assets to current retention schedule
Identify any gaps in the schedule and areas where retention length may require challenge.
Identify which teams and systems are already carrying out record disposition.
Identify differences between record retention length stipulated in the retention schedule and retention by teams.
Liaise with business areas to identify user needs for record retention of assets not featured on the retention schedule.
Update retention policy and retention schedule documents.

2. What is the maximum day rate for this position? We do not want to influence supplier rates by publishing a budget.
3. What is the IR35 status for this role? We have evaluated this role as being outside of IR35.
4. Please confirm if this is working full time or 2-3 days a week as stated in the working arrangements sections. We would consider proposals with a variety of of solutions, however we would require some onsite presence.
