Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. I guess this is the same role advertised few weeks back? If that’s the case then could you please let us know what was the reason you could not select anyone last time?
- Yes and no. We reviewed the situation and have concluded that it may not have been the best approach to target recruiting three full-stack developers who were skilled in both back-end and front-end. We have therefore changed our requirements so that rather than requiring three full-stack developers who were skilled in both back-end and front-end, the roles have been split to seek indivdiduals who are competent in one or the other. Overall we are therefore looking for one back end developer as per this advert and two front end developers as per the other advert we have live on DOS.
- 2. Is there an incumbent in place?
- There is no incumbent
- 3. What is the IR35 status for this role?
- All roles advertised on DOS must be outside of IR35.
- 4. Will you be willing to sponsor the NPPV2 clearance process?
- We prefer candidates to be already NPPV2 cleared as this can impact on project timescales, however we would be willing to take them through clearance for the right candidates. We also will need to take candidates through CTC as it is part of the security requirements to work at our office that is shared with NCA.
