Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Is there an incumbent in place? There is no incumbent
2. There are 2 posts available. Do we just need to apply to 1 of them or should we submit a duplicate application to both? Each candidate should only be submitted to one post and we would request that you do not submit the same candidate to both.
3. What is the IR35 status for this role. All roles advertised on DOS must be outside of IR35.
4. Will you be willing to sponsor the NPPV2 clearance process? We prefer candidates to be already NPPV2 cleared as this can impact on project timescales, however we would be willing to take them through clearance for the right candidates. We also will need to take candidates through CTC as it is part of the security requirements to work at our office that is shared with NCA.
