Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Is there and incumbent in the role? Yes there is currently an incumbent in the role.
2. Can the Authority confirm if they will wait for the right specialist if they are on notice ? This is dependent on the notice period that the specialist has/is working to.
3. Can the authority confirm if they are working with an incumbent supplier at present ? There is a specialist currently working in the role.

All applications received for the role will be treated equally and fairly, based on the application submitted and if successfully shortlisted at interview.
4. In light of opportunity 9887 (for which we had a stellar, VERY suitable, candidate), how can we be reassured you will not simply close off this opportunity as "No suitable suppliers applied"? HEE seeks to appoint a 'stellar' candidate for this post and we will continue this exercise until that candidate is found.

Concerning opportunity 9887 (Front End Developer - development of trainee information system), the panel shortlisting applications did not identify any suitable candidates from the 14 applications received.
