Follow the guidance for awarding a contract. Check if you need to publish the details on Contracts Finder. Whether or not you award a contract, tell us the outcome. This information helps us improve the Digital Marketplace.

5. Submit a Customer Benefits Record
You must submit a Customer Benefits Record. The Crown Commercial Service will contact you if they find any issues with the supplier.
